Droom je van een toekomst in de podiumkunsten? Of ben je al wat verder in het proces? Bij DOX krijg je de kans om je artistiek te ontwikkelen, ongeacht je ervaring, opleiding of achtergrond. Schrijf je in!
DOX Club is ons gratis talentontwikkelingstraject voor iedereen tussen 16 en 26 jaar, met wekelijkse repetities en coaching. Hier werk je samen met andere performers aan je skills en creativiteit. Het traject sluit af met de DOX Club Specials – een eindshow waarin alles samenkomt. DOX is een plek waar je je ontwikkelt als een breed inzetbare performer (je gaat dus werken met verschillende kunstdisciplines). DOX is parttime, je kan ernaast nog werken of naar school.
Na DOX Club zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen en buiten DOX. Het gaat om jouw artistieke ontwikkeling – en wij willen je helpen om verder te komen.🚀
Wat is DOX?
DOX is een huis voor jong talent in de podiumkunsten. Wij mixen theater, dans, muziek en spoken word en geven jonge performers en makers de ruimte om hun eigen stem te vinden. We maken shows maar hebben ook verschillende talenttrajecten. Zoals DOX Club!
✨ Wij geloven dat talent niet wordt bepaald door waar je vandaan komt, maar door wat je in je hebt. Iedereen verdient de kans om zich professioneel te ontwikkelen in de kunst.

DOX is meer dan een talentontwikkelingstraject – het is een springplank voor je toekomst in de podiumkunsten. Of je nu al op een kunstopleiding zit of juist een andere route bewandelt, DOX biedt jou de kans om te groeien als performer en maker.
✅ Voor kunststudenten: DOX Club geeft je praktijkervaring buiten je opleiding. Je werkt samen met professionele makers, breidt je netwerk uit en ontwikkelt je eigen artistieke signatuur. Bovendien kun je DOX Club inzetten als stage voor je opleiding.
✅ Voor autodidacten & niet-kunststudenten: Geen diploma? Geen probleem! DOX Club biedt een uniek traject waarin je professionele begeleiding krijgt, experimenteert met verschillende disciplines en je artistieke potentie ontdekt.
🚀 Doorgroeien? Dat kan!
Na DOX Club zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden:
- DOX Club Lab: Je eerste stappen als maker in een residentieprogramma.
- DOX-producties: Meespelen in professionele theater- en dansvoorstellingen.
- Andere productiehuizen: Veel oud-DOX’ers stromen door naar andere gezelschappen.
- Terugkeren als coach of maker bij DOX: De cirkel rondmaken en anderen inspireren.
Bij DOX draait het om jouw artistieke ontwikkeling. Waar je vandaan komt maakt niet uit – waar je naartoe wilt, wél. 🚀✨
Heb ik ervaring nodig om auditie te doen?
Iedereen van 16 t/m 26 jaar mag bij ons auditie komen doen. Bij ons heb je geen ervaring nodig. Je hoeft dus ook niet al een kunstopleiding te doen. We zijn op zoek naar talent!
Auditie doen lijkt mij best spannend. Hoe ziet een auditieproces eruit?
Auditie doen kan best spannend zijn, maar bij DOX maken we de auditiedagen laagdrempelig met toffe workshops en good vibes!
Ervaring is niet vereist. We hebben genoeg verhalen van DOX'ers die nog nooit toneel les hebben gehad en die nu jaren later professioneel acteur zijn.
- Eerst schrijf je je in voor de auditie (onderaan de pagina)
- Schrijf alle data, in je agenda. Graag deze data ook vrij houden.
- Bij Landelijke DOX audities doe je audities middels 3 rondes.
- Doormiddel van workshops in theater/dans/ muziek en andere kunstdisciplines komen wij achter jouw talent.
- Niet iedereen kan opera zingen of een backflip rocken. Het is ook niet erg als je beter in dansen bent of juist in theater of een andere discipline. Bij DOX werken we sowieso met verschillende kunstdisciplines door elkaar. Het belangrijkste is dat je durft!

DOX Club is our free talent development program for everyone between 16 and 26 years old, with weekly rehearsals and coaching. Here, you’ll collaborate with other performers to refine your skills and creativity. The program culminates in the DOX Club Specials—a final showcase where everything comes together.
At DOX, you’ll grow into a versatile performer, working across different artistic disciplines. The program is part-time, so you can combine it with school or work.
After DOX Club, there are opportunities to grow both within and beyond DOX. Your artistic development is our priority—we’re here to help you move forward. 🚀

What is DOX?
DOX is a home for young talent in the performing arts. We mix theater, dance, music, and spoken word, giving young performers and creators the space to find their own voice. We create shows but also offer various talent development programs—like DOX Club!
✨ We believe that talent is not defined by where you come from, but by what you have within you. Everyone deserves the chance to develop professionally in the arts.

Do I need experience to audition?
Anyone between the ages of 16 and 26 can audition with us. No experience is needed! You don’t have to be in an art program either. We’re looking for talent!
Getting a bit nervous for ''auditioning''. What does the audition process look like?
Auditioning can feel nerve-wracking, but at DOX, we make our audition days accessible with fun workshops and good vibes!
No experience is required. We have plenty of stories from DOX members who had never taken an acting class before but went on to become professional actors years later.
How does it work?
- First, sign up for the audition (link at the bottom of the page).
- Mark all the important dates in your calendar and make sure you’re available.
- At the National DOX Auditions, you’ll go through three rounds.
- Through workshops in theater, dance, music, and other artistic disciplines, we’ll discover your talent.
- Not everyone can sing opera or do a backflip—and that’s okay! Maybe you shine more in dance, theater, or another discipline. At DOX, we mix different art forms anyway. The most important thing is that you dare to take the leap!
