Muk Klein Oonk
Hello everyone! My name is Muk, I’m 26 years old, and I live in Zeist, a small town next to Utrecht.
I have recently completed my education in Performance Dance at Fontys, and I will now embark on a journey as a freelance artist. My work is a fusion of dance, writing, and photography—disciplines that allow me to capture purity and flow in their most authentic forms.
I am deeply committed to pushing the boundaries of artistic expression, continuously exploring the depths of artistry, movement, language, and imagery. One of my dreams is currently taking shape: the release of my poetry collection, Zij-Zoenen.
I believe that DOX Club offers a space to evolve, while being surrounded by a community of diverse and talented makers. It’s a place to learn, share, and refine my craft in an environment that thrives on creativity and passion.
I draw inspiration from artists like Connie Palmen, for her precise words and deep insights; Nan Goldin, for her raw, unfiltered storytelling through photography; and Loyle Carner, for the flow, love, and honesty in his music.
My biggest daily reminder to myself and that I encourage others to think about: "Sapere Aude" (Dare to know) and "The will needs to be stronger than the skill."
